Sofia, the owner has always had an interest in food and wellness. She is certified in plant based nutrition through Cornell University and T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies as well as a health coach certification through Institute of Integrative Nutrition. She also holds a professional plant-based cooking certification. So when she started working on this project, she knew a big part of the business would be based on retreats, workshops and thematic dinners.
And what a perfect place for workshops, dinners and retreats it is, whether you are using the produce from our organic market garden or food forest using the principles of permaculture, or creating a retreat in a nature and organic setting.
